A Passion for Eggs
Yamazaki’s passion for eggs dates back to her childhood. Born in Asakura City, she grew up in a single-parent household as the eldest of four sisters. With her mother often busy with work, Yamazaki took on the responsibility of caring for her siblings. She recalls how a single egg had to be divided among the four of them, which fostered a deep appreciation for eggs. After graduating high school, she did not pursue further education but instead joined an electronics sales company. However, her interest in eggs never waned, leading her to explore and order different types of eggs online, gradually becoming aware of the production methods and flavors.
